REPORT // 17735 DATE // 21.03.2026

Welcome to Meet the Cosplayer, where I introduce you to some of the fantastic, creative talent within the Rainbow Six: Siege community. This series is meant to showcase the amazing cosplayers no matter their skill level or experience.

I sat down and spoke with cosplayer Titanorosa about her history with cosplay, what got her into it, the challenges she faced and other things.

Titanorosa is from New York City in the USA, and works as a chemist.

What got you interested in cosplay?

“I was always a big fan of Halloween, and going to New York Comic Con when I was younger introduced me to the idea of cosplaying. I was also a big fan of superhero media and the costumes were some of my favorite parts.”

How long have you been cosplaying for?

“I tried cosplaying once when I was younger, stopped for almost a decade, and now have been regularly cosplaying for four years.”

What has been the most difficult part about cosplaying for you?

“The most difficult part has been learning to be satisfied with my costumes. I always feel like there’s something I need to fix and improve, but at some point I need to take a step back and realize that it’s good enough.”

When cosplaying, what have been three most important things for you to have with you?

“My phone for recording things, snacks to eat throughout the day and WATER! Especially doing summer events in Arizona where the temperatures can be regularly above 40C.”

When you started cosplaying, what was an obstacle or challenge that you encountered?

“When I started cosplaying, I struggled with having attention on me. I’ve never been someone who stood out, so it was hard to get used to people asking for photos and things like that. I had to learn how to perform in public and be comfortable talking to strangers.”

What advice would you give to people wanting to start cosplay for the first time?

“Plan ahead! Do research into your character, into the props and pieces you’ll need, and what you can compromise on. Also set budgets and be patient so you don’t waste money or make mistakes.”
