By placing an order through Darny3D, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been purchased and made available for download, it cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, specifications, and any compatibility requirements before completing a purchase.
2. Apparel Products
Apparel products purchased through Darny3D are produced and fulfilled by an external third-party provider.
Any returns, exchanges, or issues relating to apparel products are handled according to the policies and procedures of the external fulfilment provider. If you experience an issue with an apparel order, please contact Darny3D with your order details and a description of the issue, and I will assist where possible.
3. Returns of Physical Products
For eligible physical products, the item must be returned before a refund can be issued.

Items should be returned securely packaged and in a condition suitable for inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
I recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received, I will review the return and initiate a refund where applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment processor used for the original purchase. The time taken for the refund to reach your account will depend on your payment provider and their processing times.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items should be in their original condition, including any packaging, accessories, or included components where applicable.
A refund may not be issued for items that have been damaged, modified, or returned in a condition that differs substantially from when they were received, except where the item is faulty or consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
